The older generations of 10 dismiss the youth as impulsive and short-tempered. They do not understand that they grow up to be is mainly and outcome of how they have been raised. Modern youth does not conform to the rules and by his elders. He wants his parents and guardians by his side but does not want their Gardens at every step. The younger generation today wants to learn new things and explore the world on their own. The youth today is also quite impatient. These people want to do everything instantly and after get easily angered when things do not go there ways.

Apart from the cell phones and social media platforms that have had a huge impact on the life of the modern youth, various other Gadgets and other Technologically advanced equipment’s have brought changes in the Lifestyle post of today’s youth papers going to gym instead of morning walk. Today he prepares using the car instead walk down. Elevators are being used instead of stairs, malls are preferred over parks.

Blinded by the glamour of the west, the youth of India does not realise how rich our Indian culture has always been. While it is good not to tie yourself down to superstition, one must inculcate the good agriculture has to offer. Likewise, Technology must be used to enhance one’s life. We should not become its slave.

CONTROLLING:-Controlling function refer to all the performance measurement and follow up action that keep the actual performance on the path of plan.

MOTIVATING:- It is a process of inducing people to perform to their best ability to accomplish the goal.

LOWER LEVEL MANAGMENT
