Management is the one of the most important instrument of economic and social development.It is a process which a manager do. There should be no work done without the managment.
Management is the process of planning,organising,staffing, directing,controlling, motivating etc.
•PLANNING:- Planning is always the first-ever function by every manager. Planing refer to deciding in advance qhat to do,how to do,when yo do,and who is going to do it. It bridge the gap between where we standing and where we wantto go.
•ORGANISING:- After settingup plan the next function is organised the activities and establishing an organisation structure to execute the plan.
•STAFFING:-Staffing is yhe third step of manager.It refer to recruiting, selecting, appointing the employee,assigning the duties and taking care of grievances of employees.
•DIRECTING:-Directing refer to giving directions or instructions to employees by motivating them,supervision the activities of employees.
•CONTROLLING:-Controlling function refer to all the performance measurement and follow up action that keep the actual performance on the path of plan.
•MOTIVATING:- It is a process of inducing people to perform to their best ability to accomplish the goal.
LEVELS OF MANAGEMENT
Today, it is the time of big organisation and large production. So to handles the differnt problems of the managment the managment is divided into three different levels
•TOP LEVEL
•MIDDLE LEVEL
•LOWER LEVEL
TOP LEVEL MANAMENT
In every organisation there us a top level managment who holds the function of decision-making,financial function,judicial function.
MIDDLE LEVEL MANAGMENT
In this category of managment, purchase manager,sales manager,marketing manager etc. People of this group are responsible for executing the plancand policies made by top level.
LOWER LEVEL MANAGMENT
This level consists of supervision, foreman,clerk,superintendent,etc. Mangers of this group actually carry on the work or preform the activities according to the plan of top and middle level managment.
